Arbolinda Apartamentos

I have lived here almost two years and there's not too much good to say! The worst problem here is the CRIME RATE!!!! I have been broken into twice, once the garage after living here only two weeks and the second time my residence and I also caught a stranger in my patio. I understand that the crime rate is not the Owners/Managements falut but they could do something responsible to help decresse the problem. There is absolutely no security measures taken to keep residents safe. No cameras, no... security fences, no gates and worst of all when you move in they don't even give you any kind of warning. They say that there is a roving security patrol that drives by, huh I've only seen them three times in two years.
Last week a poor woman was murdered and her 9 year old son was abducted right here on the property. That was about it for me, I have personally spent hundreds of dollars on security equipment for my safety but now I'm really worried. I have to walk my dog when I get off work late at night and the manager told me I have to walk my dog off property also smokers have to leave the property too.I don't know what to do to try and be safe. You can't really carry anything to protect yourself csuse you could get in trouble with the authorities. I guess I'll have to find somewhere else safer to live. Lee mas
