This condo does not have air conditioning but benefits from a wonderful ocean breeze to cool off the unit in the summer months. The condo, like adjacent condos along the bluff, has spotty cellular service, and Wi-Fi calling is recommended when within the unit. The condo is not child-proofed, and it is the guest's responsibility to ensure the condo is safe for children. Quiet hours outdoors start at 9 PM. No parties are allowed, and no pets are permitted.
