Emerald Green Apartments

The landlord is cool the tenants are mainly rude or strange to say the least. The main problem is the apartment. The heat is on all the time which is not needed so you have to manually turn of the shut off valve. The water is crazy disgusting. Yellow, smells like rotten eggs. Had to use bottled water for cooking and drinking. Apartments smell like mold as well. Termits as well. Only benefit is no cockroaches. Parking can be a little crappy but is ok. Street parking is the worst. Delivery for... food like doordash is a joke as well. They never want to walk in the complex to deliver with excuses like they will get a ticket?! Dumb. Overall its not terrible but its like an in between rental. I don't suggest staying here long term unless you can't afford living a little better. Lee mas
