Daphne comes off extremely nice when you meet her as a prospective tenant. In fact, she's very accomodating after you move in. But, after several months have passed and asking for more maintenance requests to be completed she became very stand off and stopped replying to my email and text messages. When it came to my annual lease renewal, I asked to speak to someone regarding the increase and got the full run around and never got a response. In fact, if you ask about their management company, it... becomes very clear that something shady is happening and unclear who is in charge. Daphne the manager does not like to have anything in writing that would tie her down to anything that was discussed or texted. Probably the reason she no longer responds to my email messages. The property itself is not bad. As long as you have respectful neighbors, which I feel is the job of the manager to set the expectation, you would be fine as the shared walls between units are quite thin. So, if your neighbors like to party like my new ones, then expect to have noise. Also, the next door neighbors in the property adjacent to this property can be quite noisy. Daphne also happens to manage this property. So, although they say quiet neighborhood, expect to hear loud kids playing outside and constant crying baby sounds daily. This resulted in most of my complaints in which she felt I was harassing her as she would never respond to any of my requests for assistance. Lastly, major property maintenance repairs such as water and plumbing issues would be performed with little to no notice. So, expect that your water could be shut off at any given time. Lee mas
