Negative Feedback Review
wanted to take a moment to provide feedback regarding my recent experience with your apartment viewing process. Unfortunately, the interaction was very unprofessional and left me with significant concerns about how prospective tenants are treated.
I was scheduled for a tour of a unit and was left inside the apartment alone, without any guidance, information, or follow-up. After emailing all of the required documents that were requested, I did not receive any updates or communication. I had to...	 call multiple times just to obtain basic information about next steps. This lack of responsiveness gave the impression that either prospective tenants are not taken seriously, or that there are internal practices that are not transparent.
While the apartment itself was beautiful—newly remodeled, featuring in-unit washer and dryer, and within a gated community—the overall experience overshadowed the positives. When I inquired multiple times about pet policies for my dog, I received inconsistent and unclear answers. Eventually, I was told that dogs could only be accommodated on the first floor, which had never been communicated upfront. Parking was also presented as an issue, with suggestions to park on the street behind the building, where there is actually no available parking.
Based on these experiences, I would not recommend this apartment complex to others. My hope is that these concerns are taken seriously and that improvements are made to ensure that future prospective tenants are treated with transparency, professionalism, and respect. If I could give zero stars, I would.
