Windsor Park Apartments

I've seen this property at its worst and now at its best it's ever been. The manager has worked so hard to keep my apartment complex free of gangs and crime. She is so respectful and professional. I have never heard her use slang or belittle people like the previous managers. I enjoy living here, and if I follow the rules and mind my own business and not get involved with some of the other people who live on site who are always complaining when they are not following the rules and trying to get... everything free, I live better. I would only like them to replace the cabinets and windows because they are very worn. It looks like they are doing it to the apartments that they now rent, but it would be nice for them also to replace them in the apartments that are being rented. Lee mas

Location is very ideal, not too far from town green, schools are all nearby, and stores are in walkable distance. Management is fantastic, she always attends to important or urgent issues in a timely manner. Management and maintenance team work very well together. As soon as issues arise they are quick to put you in schedule. Overall, I've been living in these apartments for 10 years and felt that i can always live here very comfortably.

Manager give all the power to the maintenance worker, while she lets all the paper work accumulate, asks for additional documentation once the due date is near, not including that sometimes she "never gets the paper work" and gives you warnings because you never turn them in or you turned them in late. Also most of the time its not in the office, the one who is on the office "working" is the maintenance worker but he never fixes anything, he rather likes to spend time nosing around and "doing... management job" touching documentation which only management is allow to touch and see! the greatest problem of all, is there are lots of people renting other people, the policy says not renting is allow and she lets them do so, however for those who are not happy about it, she starts finding small things to take us out!

Hopefully the owners see this and do something or at least the management company of the company! Lee mas
