Jayne Apartamentos

I have had a really nice experience living here for the past year now. Leslie and her team are always more than happy to help in any way that they can. Work orders are address promptly and always with friendly service. The amenities are well kept up. The only reason I am leaving is that I needed to upsize and unfortunately there were no 2-bed room units available at the time. Will certainly miss this place and the neighborhood.

Enjoy our life at Greenleaf Jayne. Could not ask for better leasing agents or maintenance staff. I would say it is the best apartment complex we have lived in in Denver!

Really enjoy living at the Jayne. The leasing staff is so friendly and helpful. Maintenance has been great dealing with a minor issue we had. The complex is beautiful with great amenities. There are community events held and residents are giving their ideas for future events. Great place to live!

This is my first time living in the Baker area and had no clue the amount of unhoused that would be coming and going (and living) in the alley behind the building at all times of the day and night. It makes it a little stressful when the garage door is not working and must be left open. Especially, since there are no security key pads on the doors from the garage into the building and stairwells.
People who live here seem to be insanely entitled and inconsiderate of others. They are constantly... backing up the recycling shoot by not breaking down anything and just leaving it in the trash room.
The walls aren't insulated the best since you hear doors slamming and everyone and anyone walking above your apartment. Lee mas

I am so pleased with the new management team here at Jayne. The building is so much cleaner and the south elevator is SO much more reliable. Leslie and Norman are so friendly and responsive.
I have no complaints at all.
