I absolutely love living at Mercer! The location is absolutely fantastic. There are plenty of shops and parks nearby to walk to. There are community events throughout the month to help you meet your neighbors and have a fun time! The gym is absolutely fantastic and well maintained. Daniel and Ryan are really great, they are very professional and always greet the residents when entering the building. The units are beautiful and the sky deck provides a beautiful view of Denver as well as Coors... Field. The in unit WiFi as well as washer and dryer are such a huge added bonus! All in all, this is an absolutely amazing apartment complex

I would highly recommend Mercer to anyone looking for an apartment downtown Denver. The location of Mercer is hands down one of the biggest perks and the apartment is very quiet in terms of foot traffic and feels incredibly safe thanks to the overnight security in the building. Ryan, Daniel, and Mysti in the leasing office are always very kind and prompt within anything I’ve ever needed them for!

So far I'm in the first month of my lease, well the first couple weeks I should say. I love everything so far. The gym is amazing. It's close to the train station which is awesome. Grocery stores right across the street. We recycle and have community events. Unfortunately I haven't been able to make one of them do to work but I was able to stop in on the last one before work which was pumpkin carving and a Halloween flick. It was heart warming to see people from different floors of the building... coming together and having a good time. I'm looking forward to the next poker night. I also love the fact that we have security at night. That mixed with the key fob and lock systems, I feel really safe. The staff here including security is super helpful, super friendly and I am very happy.

Living at The Mercer at Union Station has been an incredible experience! From the moment I moved in, I was impressed by the modern design, high-end finishes, and overall cleanliness of the entire property. The apartments are spacious, thoughtfully laid out, and include all the features you'd expect from a luxury community — stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, large windows with amazing views, and in-unit laundry.

The location is unbeatable. Being steps away from Union Station makes...
commuting a breeze, and it's so convenient to have restaurants, coffee shops, and downtown attractions just a short walk away. Whether you work downtown or just enjoy the city lifestyle, this place puts you right in the middle of it all.

The staff has also been nothing but friendly and professional. Any time I've had a question or maintenance request, it's been handled quickly and efficiently. It really feels like they care about their residents and go above and beyond to create a great living environment.

The amenities are top-notch too — the fitness center is well-equipped, the resident lounge is a great place to relax or work, and the rooftop area offers stunning views of the city skyline. It’s perfect for entertaining guests or just unwinding after a long day.

Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my decision to live at The Mercer. If you're looking for a stylish, convenient, and comfortable place to call home in the heart of the city, I highly recommend checking it out!
