The Mercer, I have found to be what I have been looking for coming from Alaska! With the secure lock front doors to the needing the key or passcode to get anywhere in the building; brings on a sense of safety! With the work Background this very aspect is one huge green flag! This building complex has been one of the friendliest buildings that I have ever lived in! Not to mention being in the heart of downtown with everything from parks, to stores, to dispensaries', coffee places! The roof top… deck provides the perfect place for sunsets and sunrises! Or if you're too old (like me, I'm really not physically) but you can totally jam out on the rooftop and hear the roars of the crowd so loud it's like you're right there in real life and not from a distance!
