The office staff is nice and the community is great! However, not all of the apartments are remodeled. Many doors and gates are broken. Hallways look like they’re falling apart. The place isn’t very well kept up.

I’ve been here for about 4 months. The washer unit on my floor has been broke for about 3 of those months making laundry pretty annoying. Other than that maintenance requests happen pretty quick and overall clean area. Need to work on package system but it seems like they are trying.

I love my apt and the events are great.

The office staff is so disorganized. Luckily, I don’t have to deal with them right now about anything (I’ve had my fair share of dealing with their mistakes though) but my friends are having to deal with them and they are being very unhelpful

The staff are all very nice and helpful and maintenance is fairly on top of everything, my only complaint is the security issues (the gates not being fixed for long periods of time, etc.) and the lack of communication about conflicts like this, it would be reassuring to know things are at least acknowledged sometimes without having to complain.
