Parking doors are hardly working for last few months , most of the door doesn't work throught Fobs anymore. People hardly pick up the poop after their pets are done with their business

It is a great location and is filled with many wonderful residents. The process of transferring units along with security and getting gates, locks and air conditioners fixed is in need of major improvements.

Enjoying the summer & being able to walk or ride LIME Scotter or Bike to everything downtown Denver has to offer.
Love the swimming pool area, Fun, fun, Parties.

It’s an up and down relationship with you all. Sometimes you hit it out of the park and sometimes the team cannot fulfill their job duties. I signed my renewal in March and even sent an email confirming this. No one countersigned it. You have 30 days for this and two assistant managers, two! Where is the accountability! I just really hope I don’t get hit with MTM fees and honestly, I debating on just putting in notice and getting out of here. We shouldn’t have to chase you all down. Like... renewals only help your occupancy, we shouldn’t have to chase down our lease. I had a friend visit the office, they said no one actually appeared to be working or said hi! You have one job!
