The events are great. The package room is not secure at all and there are concerns with people getting into the package room as well as the apartment buildings that don’t have keys

Love the location, takes a little bit for management to respond etc. but they get it done. I choose to renew my lease. Overall it’s a great choice.

The community events are well organized and a great opportunity to meet neighbors and have a good time. There are usually four or five events a month.

I had a very challenging time with the office staff on the move in process. It seemed like no staff member in the office all the way up to the manager role could provide me the proper information needed for a smooth move in process. I submitted application and all documentation on Monday, called 36 times throughout the next 4 days to verify the documentation for a smooth move in from San Diego to Denver. After arriving onsite, we were told to sit in the lobby for 4 hours to wait for approval... from a senior vice president in Dallas. We were given the keys to the apartment and the key fobs locked us out of the building at 10 p.m.; this experience was a disaster for me and my fiancé. Lee mas

Although the rent is relatively affordable for this part of the city, the fact the elevator in my building has been broken for over 2 months and is in violation of ADA accessibility standards, the key fob security doors to enter the building are broken posing a risk for non-tenants to enter the building, the entrance to the secured parking garage is perpetually broken, are factors that make this community a frustrating and thus inconvenient place to reside. If I could afford to do so, I would... find a community with a more attentive front desk staff and maintenance staff who care more about maintaining the integrity of the building instead of prioritizing “community events” that are non essential.
