NOT WORTH IT!
0 out of 10. If I could put negative stars I would!!! They have ANTS and MOLD!! If you want joy, staff with common sense, and any sort of comfort in your own home, look somewhere else because the "Grand at Riverside" is NOT it.
The Verge was a mess and the "Grand at Riverside" is NOT better, if anything it's worse. When the complex got sold I was hoping things would get better and suprise suprise they didn't. This staff is equally as incompetent as the last if not more so considering the Verge... staff at least had the possible excuse of being young people. These new owners showed up with an inconvenient and inconsiderate entrance by deciding they were no longer going to receive packages at the front desk giving the tenants zero notice and the post office, who had to manage the influx of people, also zero notice and pissed everyone off. It was the first of many disappointments.
The new maintenance staff were just as bad as the ones before and had to come back to fix the same issue no less than 3 times and that's if they even came in the first place. The office never answers the phones and on the off chance they do it's never the managers, and always someone who DOESN'T KNOW WHATS GOING ON.
And even if they DO answer there's a good chance they won't follow up with any of the issues. I called about concerns of flooding in my apartment while I was out of town and asked them to check. I was never called back, even after I spoke to a person AND left a voicemail with my number.
!!NEWSFLASH THEY NEVER CHECKED!!
And would you look at that MOLD grew everywhere in the room and all over my belongings forcing me to throw things away because of their STUPIDITY. I even had to go to the doctor after moving out because the mold spores made me sick. And to top off the whole awful experience they charged me for damages they said they wouldn't since they were from previous tenants and were never fixed.
Oh, and they have ants and took 2 MONTHS to send anyone to fix the problem. I don't care what they say about rennovations slapping paint on the walls outside isn't going to fix the porblems inside the apartments. So, good luck to anyone who decides to live here. If I were you I'd save my money and my time and look somewhere else.
