The Social West®

I find living here easy. The location is super nice for walking or biking or bussing to CSU campus. Also, you have some great restaurants in walking distance and King Soopers not too far either.

If you want to know downsides I would say there aren't many. In the studio, for example, the range is compact. I have been unable to use 4 pots at the same time on the stovetop, but I was able to cook a 10 pound ham for Thanksgiving with this oven, so it's not that bad. Also, make sure you know the... studio doesn't have AC! They make this very clear, but make sure you don't forget. Studios are small enough that buying your own window unit works fine, but it is something you need to factor in.

Some things are a little weird, but they're honest about everything in the tour and the office staff is incredibly nice. Nothing surprised me when I moved in, and I've really enjoyed my studio here. Lee mas

This has been a great place to live, the utilities are fairly low. They are always on top of maintenance, longest I’ve had to wait is maybe two days. They are always so friendly and willing to help with anything you need

very chill area and community. Not bothered by many people/loud noises/ etc. my one and single request would be bigger laundry rooms. There are only three washers and thee dryers per room which isn’t rly equivalent to the size of the complex

I love living here and being surrounded by friends, it’s close to campus and close to food and night life. The social west provides excellent customer service and events to help you bond with neighbors

Amazing so far! I've met some other residents from the events, and they all seem really nice. We used the grill and had some drinks. My apartment is also very lovely. Rent is a bit expensive for the space thoug
