I find living here easy. The location is super nice for walking or biking or bussing to CSU campus. Also, you have some great restaurants in walking distance and King Soopers not too far either.
If you want to know downsides I would say there aren't many. In the studio, for example, the range is compact. I have been unable to use 4 pots at the same time on the stovetop, but I was able to cook a 10 pound ham for Thanksgiving with this oven, so it's not that bad. Also, make sure you know the... studio doesn't have AC! They make this very clear, but make sure you don't forget. Studios are small enough that buying your own window unit works fine, but it is something you need to factor in.
Some things are a little weird, but they're honest about everything in the tour and the office staff is incredibly nice. Nothing surprised me when I moved in, and I've really enjoyed my studio here.
