Perfect Townhouse complex

This townhouse complex is brand new and very well administered! I came from another apartments complex and I can see the difference, Alanah, Holly, Caleb and all time are here to do the best job for the community. The Mountain View and the location close to Lobo trail and diagonal make the moving very fast.
The unit is well built and we love the big garage.

I couldn’t recommend more :)

Fantastic Community

Lupine has been amazing! We have lived here for about 6 months now and don't have any complaints. Even with the train close by, it's honestly not that bad. The units are built very very well and block a ton of noise. My neighbor has new puppy and I can't even hear it bark.

The staff really wants to make this place a community and not just a home. Monthly events, grab n go breakfast, and a bunch more.

If you are into biking or just walking the trails, this is your spot. Right on the LoBo trail...
and even a cute little farm near by.

Best Rental Experience I’ve EVER Had!!

If you are considering renting in Longmont, there is no other place like Lupine! I was instantly drawn to their sleek modern design and well-crafted floor plans. No detail is left unattended and excellence is the standard across all the amenities and features. Lupine has managed to construct cutting-edge designs and interiors without feeling sterile and cold. From the minute you step into the leasing office, you know you’ve entered a space that feels instantly like home. From the warm and... inviting faces, to the personalized accommodations, the staff is professional and caring beyond your initial greeting. They continue to impress me with their genuine concern for my needs and their efforts to build a community beyond what is customary. It’s more than an “apartment”, it’s a home. The views are stunning and the walking trails that stretch from just outside my door to Boulder are pristine and peaceful. I love the standard amenity of having a garage and the freedom to own a pet. The community comes complete with areas for leisure, communing, and exercise with a backdrop of gorgeous mountainous views. It truly is a five-star experience with all the trappings of home. There is nowhere else I’d ever consider renting in Longmont than here. If you’re friendly and desire excellence, this is the place to be!

A place to make a home

I've been living here for the past three months. The units are exceptionally well designed architecturally. The community is well looked after (of course, it's still new), but so far, there have been no complaints from service personnel (Caleb is excellent) or administration (Holly and Alannah are just superstars and always ready to listen and address any concerns). Regarding the proximity to train tracks, I will admit that it is loud. Still, the insulation is sufficient enough that a lot of the... noise is attenuated, depending on which side of the property you are on. There is talk about making the crossings a silent crossing, but that is due to happen in 2027. Access to trails is easy and nice. The two downsides, I think, are that I wish there were a gym/rec centre and a community business centre

What's not to like?

We have so far had a wonderful experience living here since the end of last year. The management are very friendly and actually care about the residents, unlike so many other complexes. The maintenance team are very personable and responsive. We love the indoor lighting and the outdoor lighting, we love the landscaping, we absolutely love that they provide Outlets for level 2 Charging for electric vehicles! This is something you cannot even find in many houses much less townhouse complexes. The... very big windows and having three floors instead of the normal two for townhouses makes it extra special. We like to call it our dollhouse because it's just so quaint yet spacious and it really feels like a home. The insulation is really good so you don't hear your neighbors hardly ever. We love how pet friendly this complex is. Most of the units have a attached garage which is awesome especially in these Colorado Winters. There's also plenty of street parking and many of them also offer the option of a driveway and a garage, just like a house. We love that they have balconies especially the one that we have which is a very large where we can have all of our outdoor furniture. The views are beautiful of the mountains and some have use of the trees along the Lobo trail. You can't get many more convenient locations as Lupine Longmont, being right by Ken Pratt Boulevard just miles away from Boulder, yet so much more affordable. Right down the street within walking distance even are so many shops and restaurants and gyms, etc. It's also nice that it's located in Southwest Longmont literally on the edge so that you can also see beautiful farmland close by and so you don't have so much traffic either. We love the ceiling fans we love the flooring, the showers are really nice and tall, and we have found it to be a very inclusive and diverse community and feel very comfortable living here so far.
