Our year lease at Peakview was Bliss

WOW! I have so much to say about our living experience in our 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment! I can't believe how quiet and peaceful it was. I felt at home with our high ceilings, clean pool/hotub, amazing maintenance, bike paths, volleyball court, the sound proof walls, the sunrises on our patio looking at longs peak, the safety of environment, but most of all my fiancé and I relied HEAVILY on SUZIE who was absolutely remarkable in her work and everything she does at the office. She was the one... that was with us from the beginning and all the way to the end. She made us really feel at home and was the face to welcome us in while we were stressed out looking for a place to live. Aside from the clean neighborhood, huge garage and cozy feeling of the apartment, she was actually the reason we signed a year lease and we are so happy we did. The only reason we are leaving is because we are buying a home. If you are looking to live here you will have a great time and be in a community of families at the pool, perfect location near downtown and Boyd Lake and have great options for apartment living. Thank you SO MUCH to Peakview by Horseshoe Lake and another special shout to SUZIE :D We couldn't have been where we are now without you. Thank you so much for taking care of us the way you did. We only wish the best for you and hope you live the most magnificent life! -Sara and Forrest

Quick and friendly help

Nikos was my hero today! He quickly fixed my dryer vent issues and replaced my broken bathroom faucet. He was friendly and very helpful. Thank you for your help, sir! I appreciate you!

Great Office Management

My twin Kathy, rented an apt at Peakview since 2020. She just recently moved to Denver. I can see why she hated to leave!
Geri and Susie are first rate! They represent your Company exceptionally well! Always professional, gracious, courteous and kind! Their job doesn’t look that easy but the property is well managed, pleasant and secure!

This is the Place to be!

Peakview by Horseshoe Lake really has it together! From the staff in the office, helping me with all kinds of questions to the maintenance staff assisting me with whatever I needed!, This is the place to live! Quiet, beautiful, centrally located for walks, bike rides and shopping. It truly is the place to be. :)

Incredible Maintenance/Management Staff

My girlfriend and I have been living at Peakview for about 2 months now, and we cannot say enough positives about the staff here. When we first moved in, there were a few maintenance issues (e.g. leaky faucet, toilet pump needed replacement, small ripped section of carpet, and a few other small things). It seems that the previous tenant didn’t take great care of the place, and didn’t care to call maintenance about these things. We put in some repair requests expecting there to be a long period... before the staff got back to us, being that most apartment complexes couldn’t care less to actually be on top of things like that. To our delight and surprise, however, they were at our door the very next day and dealt with every one of the issues immediately.
The biggest issue that we had was a persistent cat smell in the second bedroom. It seems that the previous tenant had a cat in that room and didn’t tell management about it (probably the reason they didn’t call maintenance about the issues I mentioned earlier). We told management about the smell and they immediately setup a time for a carpet cleaning company to try and get rid of it. We were blown away by this level of care and service, but unfortunately, the smell persisted. After trying to deal with it ourselves for a few weeks, it became clear that the carpet would need to be removed, and even though at this point the staff had been nothing less than excellent, we figured there was no way they would spring for that. We decided to try our luck anyway, and to our shock, they actually did replace our carpet. This is truly unheard of property management, and I cannot recommend it here enough.
