Heritage at Stone Mountain Apartamentos

This community used to be a wonderful place to live, with management that truly cared, knew residents by name, and responded quickly to concerns. Unfortunately, the new management is the complete opposite—unresponsive, dismissive, and uninterested in long-term residents who have called this place home for years. Emails and service requests go ignored for weeks, and any attempt at communication is met with indifference. It feels like the office is staffed by unprofessional kids who don’t take... residents seriously. Living here has become frustrating and disappointing.

I would assume my rating will eventually go up. However our move in process was a pain. Our unit was definitely not move in ready and move in date was pushed out and still not ready. Staff has been friendly however maintenance and management changes since we starting touring units here has been a change but hopefully it will get better!

So far it’s lovely, such a clean n safe and friendly community with plenty of fun for our kids and adults, I couldn’t be more grateful and at peace.

Everyone here is very kind and communicate very well. I always appreciate everyone from the office and in maintenance. Very respectful and willing to help.
