Be aware of living in these apartments. Landlord will enter your apartment without notice. This landlord has no respect to peoples privacy. But, she is about to understand the laws of a tenant and landlord!

There is a new owner of the property that is trying to upgrade and increase the appeal of this apartment. She added mirrors and artwork to the hallways, stairwells, elevator and laundry room. She also added a common area with patio furniture and a grill. But one of the weird additions has been new carpet on only one level of the rear staircase and on the 1st floor between the elevator and laundry room, leaving old carpet everywhere else. Nothing good or bad to say about the place, not a bad... place to live. Just don't expect high end amenities. Lee mas
