Branford Manor Apartamentos

It is a great place to live.staff are very helpful.
And apt are clean.good place for families to live.the assistant property manager and all staff are very kind.

This place is terrible to live at looks nice but really isnt, so many resons why!!! Plus with all the construction they have going on they have no consideration for the the tenants replacing windows in the middle of winter, the workers have stolen from apartments as well!!! The new work being done starts falling apart soon as its done.....when redoing thw bathrooms all they did was cover up all the mold instead of treating it!!! The office never answers the phones n close a lot of times without... notice....the workers are coming in n out peoples apartments on a daily basis also without notice .....the office staff sucks often messing up paperwork!! except the lady at the front desk (barbra ) shes awsome !!! Lived there and also worked there ,the manager was rude and unprofessional. .Its a haven for drug dealers and crime .

Office staff rude (except the awesome woman at the front desk), rarely able to get ahold of anyone from mgmt (either not answering phone, not getting back to voicemail or closing the office early/midday) and not reopening.
They are doing work to upgrade and fix up interior/exterior but don't seem to care about the residents. Removing windows in the cold weather, tearing out kitchens and bathrooms so that we don't have a working facility. Should be placing residents in hotels for a night if we... won't be able to use parts of our apartment. Especially us with infants/young kids. Lee mas
