Washington School Apartments

We lived here for three years, it was amazing. We never had any mayor issues. We loved the high ceilings! Very spacious apartments.

I have lived in my current apartment home for over 5 years. It is a beautiful, spacious, apartment in a well maintained building. I have been in and seen many of the apartments in the building over the years. Each apartment has its own unique charm as the apartments were converted from a large school building many years ago and because of this, many of the apartments boast high ceilings and large beautiful windows. The apartments are on beautiful grounds overlooking a large park. It is nice... to be able to walk to the park where there is a basketball court, playground and large field. The building has 24 hour maintenance, plenty of parking, security, laundry on each floor, a community room, an elevator, and an onsite leasing office. I believe there are also handicap accessible apartments on the 1st floor. The best feature of these apartments would be the price. To live in a quiet, well maintained, spacious, two bedroom apartment for $740.00 is unheard of but that is the case in this great building. I believe the 1 bedrooms are about $680.00.
I have not had any major problems, issues, or concerns while living here. Any minor maintenance issues were answered and resolved rather quickly. I have loved living here and can't imagine leaving anytime soon. I have and will continue to recommend my apartment to others who are looking for a great place to live! Lee mas
