Jenkins Row

The building is clean, the walls are thick, it's near the metro, and it's dog friendly (sort of). Other than that, Jenkins Row is not worth the premium price. The fire alarm malfunctions constantly so you will be woken up at all hours of the night in the middle of winter. It's located directly next to sketchy neighborhoods with regular shootings and muggings. They are charge you for every little thing including moving in (which you must do in under four hours or you get an extra fine). The... manager is incompetent. They used to let you walk your dog in the courtyard at night because of the dangerous neighborhood, but now they stopped that as well and you have to risk your life on the street.
