Arrive Silver Spring Apartamentos

Living at this apartment complex has been incredibly disappointing. In July 2024, my apartment flooded due to a leak from the unit above. Even after reporting that water was still seeping through the floorboards, I was met with dismissiveness and treated like I was inconveniencing the leasing staff. I briefly emailed with a manager and mentioned the possibility of one month’s rent free as a gesture of goodwill. She said we’d circle back, I never heard from anyone again. It became clear no one... truly cared.

Today, a clogged AC unit caused another leak. Maintenance opened the panel and found standing water and mold. I voiced my concerns to the supervisor, Manuel, but he kept interrupting me. When I asked why, he said it was because he “had places to be.” Unbelievable.

While the team fixed the issue (I think), the way I was treated, especially by those in charge, left me feeling disrespected and completely unsupported as a tenant. Lee mas

Terrible bad management team leading the way !the people in the office are to inexperienced and very immature and selfish and don’t understand how to work in an apartment management office

Overall great however there were a few things I overlooked, such as the AC/heat activation is essential air only by season. Other than that my apartment wasn’t move-in ready, but after putting in a few work requests everything was fixed ASAP!

I write this from my 85 degree apartment, 3 days till I leave this place forever and after receiving an email that AC will not be turned on till May 6th. I am beyond thrilled to be leaving.

I believe they are asking newer tenants to leave reviews to try to juice their rating, as those people may not have developed negative feelings yet.

This is the worst place I have ever lived. At times it has felt like psychological torment. Common areas are dirty and smell. The building is full of bugs and... rodents. I spent 2 months not using my kitchen to have pest control come and spray every week, and after two months I had just as many roaches as before.

There are times where the fire alarms have gone off regularly, every few days at all kinds of hours. And since someone died here during a fire just 2 years ago because they did not evacuate in time, you’d be wise to take them seriously and evacuate.

The front desk is great, the concierge team does the best they can despite being understaffed and overworked. I cannot say the same for the leasing office or management, who are rude and unhelpful.

So far, so good. I feel like the heat went away on the earlier side. The building itself is cool, everywhere is going to have their things but not a bad place and pretty good location.
