Arrive Silver Spring Apartamentos

I write this from my 85 degree apartment, 3 days till I leave this place forever and after receiving an email that AC will not be turned on till May 6th. I am beyond thrilled to be leaving.

I believe they are asking newer tenants to leave reviews to try to juice their rating, as those people may not have developed negative feelings yet.

This is the worst place I have ever lived. At times it has felt like psychological torment. Common areas are dirty and smell. The building is full of bugs and... rodents. I spent 2 months not using my kitchen to have pest control come and spray every week, and after two months I had just as many roaches as before.

There are times where the fire alarms have gone off regularly, every few days at all kinds of hours. And since someone died here during a fire just 2 years ago because they did not evacuate in time, you’d be wise to take them seriously and evacuate.

The front desk is great, the concierge team does the best they can despite being understaffed and overworked. I cannot say the same for the leasing office or management, who are rude and unhelpful.

So far, so good. I feel like the heat went away on the earlier side. The building itself is cool, everywhere is going to have their things but not a bad place and pretty good location.

Peaceful like my own home safe and secure. Seems to be a good community good service and good place to live I would recommend. Everything alright helpful staff specially Nikhil he helped us really such a good person.

Great place for living. Very clean. No noises. The homeless attitude around the building and inside the lobby is scary. That issue need to be fixed please asap.

Lived here for almost 3 years and the apartments are so spacious. Definitely worth taking a look at in comparison to the smaller units in other buildings in the area.
