Solo Piazza

I have been living here for one year now and I must say I hate everything about it. There is a 16 page documents with RULES which are impossible to follow. We had our water heater break down twice and due to rules, the contractors are not allowed to be in the building after 4pm. There can only be 2 contractors in the building in one day, this even tho it is urgent. This left us without water for over 2 days, even tho this was an emergency. Also note, this building have no younger people,... therefore, be prepared to get complaints if you have a couple of people over. There are strict curfews and if they are not followed, you will be notified. You can not buy anything big without booking it in advance, because it is considered MOVING....... We bought a coffee table second hand one day and we were not allowed to enter the building because we had not booked the elevator. I can go on and on... Just do not move here if you want some type of freedom. We are very disappointed with this building and we would never recommend it to anyone. The location is great and we liked the apartment itself but there are so many better places in the area. Lee mas
