Good general service and nice building. Amenities issues at times that have been longstanding (grills not working, coffee machine down, Pool TV unusable) etc.

Love living here! I have been at this building for two years and just signed my lease for another year. This is one of the best buildings in DC to live in and the best bank for your buck.

I’ve only lived here for about a month, but so far my experience has been really positive. The move-in process was smooth and straightforward, which made settling in easy. The apartment itself is clean and well-kept, and everything felt ready to go from day one. I also appreciate how organized the mail room is—it makes getting packages and mail hassle-free. "I’ve been living at Sonnet for a while now, and overall, it’s been a great experience. The maintenance team is fantastic—they’re always quick to respond and take care of any issues. The amenities here are top-notch, making it easy to relax and enjoy my time at home.

The only two downsides are that it can get a bit loud at times, but it's nothing too unbearable. The second one is that a lot of amenities like the indoor TVs, outdoor pool TV, grills, firepit and others got broken a lot and either... take a long time or don't get fixed at all.

A special shoutout to Curtis, Simone and Stephen, our wonderful concierge team, who are absolutely the best. Always friendly, helpful, and really makes a difference in the overall experience of living here. Highly recommend!" Lee mas

I love the Sonnet staff & residents! They are so welcoming and make me feel like I am a part of one big family. The amenities are INCREDIBLE - the view from the rooftop speaks for itself!
