I just want to give huge appreciation to our overnight concierge Stephen, who consistently goes above and beyond to make this building feel like home, at any point during the night. Whether it’s greeting residents with a warm smile or a joke at 2 or 3 AM, picking up the phone in case you need assistance or have a question, or keeping an eye on the building, over the past 3 years that I have lived at Sonnet, I have come to view his professionalism, dedication and kindness as truly unmatched... .
While I enjoy living at Sonnet, it would be an even better experience if other staff at the building looked up to Stephen and learnt from him about how to do their job, how to treat residents, and how to address issues that are inevitable in such a big living community.
