I’ve only lived here for about a month, but so far my experience has been really positive. The move-in process was smooth and straightforward, which made settling in easy. The apartment itself is clean and well-kept, and everything felt ready to go from day one. I also appreciate how organized the mail room is—it makes getting packages and mail hassle-free. While I haven’t been here long enough to speak to the long-term experience, my first impressions have been great and I’m glad I chose this... place

"I’ve been living at Sonnet for a while now, and overall, it’s been a great experience. The maintenance team is fantastic—they’re always quick to respond and take care of any issues. The amenities here are top-notch, making it easy to relax and enjoy my time at home.

The only two downsides are that it can get a bit loud at times, but it's nothing too unbearable. The second one is that a lot of amenities like the indoor TVs, outdoor pool TV, grills, firepit and others got broken a lot and either... take a long time or don't get fixed at all.

A special shoutout to Curtis, Simone and Stephen, our wonderful concierge team, who are absolutely the best. Always friendly, helpful, and really makes a difference in the overall experience of living here. Highly recommend!"
