I've been a resident for 2 years. The building is fine. Some amenities are good and well maintained. One of the highlights of the building is the rooftop and the ability to get together with friends, but for more than a year the grills haven't been working and no effective solution has been provided. The management team is not flexible at all in working with current residents. Whatever you need, you'll be treated like a new customer that just came from the street, even if you've been around and... complying with every rule. The neighborhood has declined. Good general service and nice building. Amenities issues at times that have been longstanding (grills not working, coffee machine down, Pool TV unusable) etc.

Love living here! I have been at this building for two years and just signed my lease for another year. This is one of the best buildings in DC to live in and the best bank for your buck.

"I’ve been living at Sonnet for a while now, and overall, it’s been a great experience. The maintenance team is fantastic—they’re always quick to respond and take care of any issues. The amenities here are top-notch, making it easy to relax and enjoy my time at home.

The only two downsides are that it can get a bit loud at times, but it's nothing too unbearable. The second one is that a lot of amenities like the indoor TVs, outdoor pool TV, grills, firepit and others got broken a lot and either... take a long time or don't get fixed at all.
