The Columbia Residences

I so rarely post reviews, but I felt that this called for the most extreme measures. As many of you know, the building has been removing mold from the hallways on the West side (on the second floor, it happens to be directly outside my unit). First off, the building promised that this would take 2 days, but since it's been there now for almost two weeks, this was obviously not the case. In the emails from Craig and Pamela, the second floor was to be painted and caulked TODAY so I had arranged... for 3 people to keep my dog out of the house out for walks etc (ran me $200 ), so that he would not be exposed to the harmful toxins.

I got home today only to find that not only had the process not been completed, it had not yet begun and no one let the nearby residents know that the toxic happenings would actually take place TOMORROW. So, I'm not only out $200 per day, but now I have to scramble to find someone take to my dog for the day tomorrow. When I spoke to Craig this evening, he said they had no intention of updating us nor did he seem to care at all. I have lived in the building for three years and have been treated so horribly in my life. Lee mas
