Great Place to Live!!

I have lived at the Kenmore for just over a month, I LOVE my new place. It is nice and quiet. I lived her 20 years ago. Now, I am back and I LOVE it!! All of the staff are great! James, Paul and Robin are wonderful to have at the Kenmore! I give this property 5 stars!!

Major Roach Infestation

The property has a terrible roach infestation that needs to be addressed. Roaches are all in the trash room and hallway, and unfortunately, they have made their way to my apartment after 12 years of not having any. I cannot even cook without worrying about roaches dropping from the ceiling and the kitchen light into my food. Also, the cleanliness of the halls has tremendously deteriorated. Dogs constantly urinate in the hall and the rugs never get cleaned.

It's still a quiet, comfortable... place for the most part, but this roach problem needs to be fixed.

Excellent staff

The move in process at The Kenmore was very successful because James who works at the apartments as a Leasing agent was extremely helpful. I love my new apartment and the staff are top notch! Helpful, calm, friendly. My dog sadly was attacked in the parking lot by a Pitbull mix dog that was tied up to a lamp post in the Kenmore apartment parking lot unattended and got loose. I am very wary of taking my dog out back into the parking lot and dog area now and I wanted to get a parking spot but... scared. My dog is my service dog so just want to ensure we are safe.

good property!

Was there for 2 years and truly enjoyed the Kenmore! It was my personal sanctuary when I came home from work. Was always greeted by the extremely sweet Sandra & Robin everyday I seen them & the realty staff are awesome and always welcoming/greeting when I come home from a long day of work and help tremendously in my moving process. Really enjoyed myself and recommend the Kenmore.

Incompetent management

Don’t expect your security deposit back any time soon! The indifference & incompetence displayed by management is baffling! No one knows where things stand, no one calls you back.
