10X Mizner Park Apartamentos

I do not recommend moving into 10x Mizner. The Property Manager/Mgmt is unresponsive. They do not return calls or emails and are very unresponsive to maintenance requests and other pertinent issues. We've experienced endless problems with plumbing, toilet leaks/toilets overflowing as they do not fix things properly the 1st time, the elevators do not work 1/2 the time and/or take forever to access. There are issues with rodents/pest control throughout the property. The parking garage is... filled with trash & is not secure. There are no amenities in comparison to other properties. The "amenities" have supposedly been under renovation for 2 years and are nowhere near completion. I highly recommend you look elsewhere! Lee mas

I haven’t even moved in yet. I signed a lease 2 weeks ago, was told nothing about potential delays on my unit just that the building would have renovations going on and it could be noisy at times.. Less than 2 weeks after signing my lease I received a 15 second voice message from the leasing agent Jason, stating that my lease date is being pushed back 9 days which puts me in a major dilemma because my current lease is expiring 4 days before that… I’ve left 2 voice messages, 3 emails and have not... received any response from the property manager as to why my lease date is being pushed back 9 days… Jason said he forward my emails to the manager, but unfortunately he’s in no position to assist in any way nor could he explain what the delay was from… Residential Property managers are already notorious for being miserable to deal with. Yet instead of calling me and explaining why I’m being delayed by 9 days and what they can do it assist in this inconvenience, I get radio silence and have no clue what’s going on.. I’m still waiting for some type of response and I bet I get a quicker one by posting on a public platform than I will by emailing/calling them directly… whoever the manager is, I’m expecting a call back because that’s your job! If I could go back 2 weeks I would never sign a lease with this building. A property manager who can’t pick up the phone in a time like this, should NOT be a property manager. Lee mas

My unit had carpet in it and I had to throw away my mattress and headboard twice, due to bed bugs.
I offered to the leasing office, either switch to a new unit or let me out of my lease early.
The leasing office's response was sorry we're not doing anything and we will send a pest control guy to your unit, and bill you for the cost.

The management is horrible and has no respect for families and
their children! They demand to
enter your apartment without you being present! While blasting fire alarms all day. So,
if you like harassment all day
long for multiple times a year
call Tanisha and say "I want
my children terrified all day
and my pets too! How can I
get a good deal on one of your
ALARM SIREN SPECIALS! STAY
AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

TENANTS WHO CAN'T TAKE IT
ANYMORE!! Management lacks
consideration for their tenants.

impressed with leasing staff, especially Tanisha professional and personal in every regard, maintenance issues resolved immediately and very nice staff.Very nice building to live .. welcome home everyone.4 minutes walking to Mizner park, food trades Joe Publix banks restaurants in heart of downtown Boca Raton, love love love.
