DO NOT MOVE HERE
Don't be fooled with these low prices, they are lower than most apartments for a reason. This place is a piece of crap about to fall apart any minute. The apartments are infested with ants, roaches & termites, we pay for pest control that doesn't exist. The guy who is so called property management SUCKS. He doesn't do anything for his tenants that he is suppose to but don't pay your rent on time he will charge you that late fee or as he has been doing, trying to evict everyone that has ever had... a problem with him, their apartment or their lease. DO NOT Move here, worse place I have ever lived. I wish I would have found a review, any review on this place that would have told me how bad it is. The ACs don't cool the apartments correctly so your electric bill is ALWAYS high whether you have a 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom. The drains in the sinks smell like pee every time you turn the water on in the bathrooms. This place is the worse, I know the price sounds good but they are not even worth the rent amount & it keeps increasing for no reason. Had to put 1 star but if I could I'd put no star!
