I have been a resident of this complex for several years, and I love living here. The amenities have been upgraded, and the staff has been exceptional. They are always pleasant, and respond quickly to any of my concerns.
I would highly recommend living here!

Another car left on bricks this morning . This happens all the time here . They removed gates , no cameras , no security . Owners don’t pick up their dogs poop , last night I passed by it in the building ! The management does nothing about it . For the price , there much better places to live . Living in the middle of thugs hood and paying prices like in Aventura

I have been a current resident for the past two years. This complex has been operated by multiple owners and management groups within my short stay here; formally the Sheridan Lake Club. It’s a very pleasant community to live in. I love that it’s just walking distance from the beach, Publix, Walmart, Starbucks and more. More than anything it’s one of the best dog friend community in the area since Beach Walk at Sheridan has taken over.

Just recently within the past two months, this complex is... finally owned and operated by the same management group. The leasing staff in the office, Melissa and Yesenia in particular, are extremely friendly and helpful with any needs or questions that may arise. They offer great hospitality and amenities when visiting the office. The maintenance staff as well are one of the best in our complex. Within this time I am amazed of the great renovations that are undergoing and that has been accomplished so far. Both the staff and realty group has had great communication and respect for the tenants during the remodel. I am very optimistic of when their project is complete and how much more it’s going to feel like home.

These are some of the main reasons why I will continue to be a tenant here at Beach Walk at Sheridan. I am pleased to be a part of this community. Thanks! Lee mas

I'd highly recommend as a complex/home to rent. If it met their needs, I would add that the staff are very professional, good listeners, flexible and problem-solvers.
