Only small pets or dogs under 40 pounds are allowed with a $150 pet fee for each animal. Legal service dogs are exempt with proper documentation. Any damages caused by pets or extra cleanings will be charged. The driveway can fit up to 3 cars, and there is an active towing policy in the community.
