Avana Delray Beach

Oasis has been home for me for many years..
The maintenance team is top notch. You will not get better.
Cheryl and the rental agents in the office are also top-notch in many ways. It is why I have stayed with Oasis through the years!!!!!!
In fact, if it would not for them, I probably would’ve moved….
I’m giving four stars on this review only because as the years have come upon us, there are some things that could be improved
Parking just seems to be challenging these days as there are not... assigned spots
Windows and the sliders definitely need to be replaced as they are dated.
Other than that, I would not change a thing
My hope is that Highmark invests in updating in these areas as there as many choices in the area that are comparable… Lee mas

so Far so good Stephen has been great and made the process of moving very smooth.the amenities are beautiful and the lake very big and all complex very well taken care.

Love oasis of Delray but most of all the staff and team try to make you feel like a family. Prime location close to everything without the high prices. Units are renovated and grounds are well managed.

My experience has been very good at oasis Delray Beach apartment complex. Thank you so much. The community is great. It is a nice place to live.

Such a great place to live with awesome amenities, including 2 pools, a gym, the walkway around the pond and the dog park! Maintenance is always super quick and the staff is friendly.
