The apartment is cheap and the leasing staff have been VERY nice, but the apartment had roaches when we moved in and the typical "landlord special." That being painting over anything and everything, including our breaker box, which we now have to cut open.

Litter everywhere. Porters ride in a cart and don't walk the grounds. Clubhouse lake is littered with trash. They could also turn on the sprinkler system. The grass is totally brown.

I’m loving the area, the amenities, the staff is very friendly, the pools are nice and the gym is very up to date with the equipment. I love my apartment.

It’s a really nice apartment, mine just happened to have a roach infestation. 5 different breeds of roaches tons of them. I fogged the apartment twice, bleached everything, even found one of their nests, requested for my walls and open holes to be resealed, and pest control even came. But they still pop out and mainly when guests come! My advice is that if you really want to live here. Pull the fridge and oven away from the wall during your apartment walk BEFORE signing your lease, and demand... they mediate the problem before you give them anything else or move in, or to give you another apartment.
