The property is monitored and treated regularly by a professional pest control company, but being in the sub-tropical climate of Central Florida, there is still a possibility of insect intrusion from time to time. Palmetto bugs and other insects are very common in this area, and a wayward bug found inside a home is not indicative of an infestation. Champions Gate Resort has secured gate entry, and guests are required to submit a list of all names at least 48 hours in advance of check-in to ensure entry. Prime check-in time is 4:00 p.m., which could result in a longer wait time at the security gate if you arrive during that timeframe. Pool cleaning and lawn care are provided on a weekly basis. A complimentary pack 'n play and highchair are available for the kids.
