This home away from home features 3 king-size bedrooms, 2 queen-size bedrooms, and 1 bedroom with a set of full-size beds. All rooms are equipped with cable TV and flat-screen TVs. Enjoy the pool with a sun deck and shaded lanai, contemporary furnishings and decor, a full kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances, laundry facilities with a washer and dryer, a family games room with a pool table and foosball table, and a large screen home theater room. Wi-Fi high-speed internet is provided for free.
If guests wish to use the grills, it is the guest's responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. An $80 charge will be applied if grills are left uncleaned. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is locked up, then it is not to be used by guests as it is the homeowner's personal grill. If you would like to have a grill for your vacation, we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.
