Pool heat is available for $50.00 per day and must be purchased for the total length of the stay, requested at least 7 days prior to check-in. A BBQ grill is available for $80, with propane gas refill not included. The home is non-smoking and no pets are allowed. Violation of this policy will incur a charge of $400.00 minimum.
