Venetian Gardens at Country Club of Miami

I’m a current tenant and it has been a nightmare. The building structure is 50 years old, with severe roof issues. Inside the apartment the kitchen is outdated and bathroom. No remodeling yet the rent keeps being raised. (My unit is by owners who live in “Argentina”and ran by Florida Management Properties) The parking lot floods with minor rain, the washer and dryer are outdated and are not located inside the apartment which means you have to share within the units and have to wait if occupied.... The hot water boiler has broken multiple times, the air conditioner breaks down constantly. They have a “gym” but it’s really 4 machines. The best thing about living here is the pool area. There is no park or play area for kids. The pet owners do NOT pick up after their ( large) dogs and the smell of poop is all over the grass areas. Lee mas

My little paradise in a hole!!!! Even though its small, but it's my little paradise. Its a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 1/2 bathroom. Decent size kitchen and spacious livingroom. All bedrooms are spanking clean but the one that is my favorite is my bedroom and bath. It smells of a bath and body works paradise. It smells of sandallwood vanilla and eucalyptus spearmint. It has a beautiful alter were i mediate and give thanks and rememberance to my mom and grandma.
