Perfect!
I visited several different apartments in Jax before I settled on 54 Magnolia. During the almost 2 months I was searching I feel like I saw it all. I was lied to, call‘s not returned questions not answered, I came close to signing another lease only to find $150 a month in hidden fees, and another place, lost my information not once but twice. My thought was always if they can’t get the pre-lease stuff right, what would happen after I’m locked in?
That was not the case at 54 Magnolia. From the... initial contact through the viewing, through the lease application and approval, to providing information, for a smooth move-in the two ladies of the front staff (Kristen and Ivie) were incredible. I’ve now been here two months and I can tell you that I made the right choice. The staff continues to be helpful, they’ve checked on me several times, I had one maintenance issue and that was taken care of within 24 hours and even then a follow up was made to make sure everything was good. The facilities are in great shape, lawn is maintained, public areas maintained and the pool and gym are both first class. One thing I didn’t expect but I’m happy about is there is a sense of community here. They have food trucks that come, they plan events from time to time, and right now we’re doing a back to school supply event. Having the opportunity to participate in those things Means a lot to me. I know for me I’m happy I chose 54 Magnolia and I think if you take the time to visit, meet the ladies up front you’ll feel the same way.
