River House

I have lived at River House for 15 months and recently renewed my lease. The River House complex is really nice. The fitness center, club room, courtyards are well maintained, with secure access to the buildings. And the river views are exceptional!
Nate leads a professional leasing office staff. McKenzie and Katie are always responsive, friendly and helpful.
The maintenance team is always timely and thorough, while the automated community app keeps things efficient. Mike the maintenance... supervisor leads a terrific team. Felipe and “Q” are always professional, friendly, and helpful. I will continue to recommend River House to family and friends. Lee mas

River House is a very nice apartment complex with spectacular views of the St. Johns River and the Jacksonville skyline. I appreciate the secure access to the building. The River House staff is professional and helpful. The maintenance team is responsive, timely, and thorough. I enjoy living here andI will continue to recommended River House to family and friends.

The management and maintenance teams are terrific. Community events are numerous and interesting. The amenities here are plentiful and worthwhile. The management staff is friendly and responsive to the needs of the community. They even schedule food trucks to visit and serve the community on a regular basis.
The maintenance staff is very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Always friendly, the guys take very good care of the property.
