Cross Creek Apartments

If I could give this complex 0 stars I would. It took 1 1/2 months to even get my application approved and it was only approved when I told staff I felt like I had been scammed out of the admin fees. My apartment was a mess- a hole in bathroom floor, a bullet hole in the bedroom window. I had no hot water for 2 weeks and staff just kept saying “yes we’ll send someone today” and never would. They never ever ever answer emails but best believe on the 4th of the month they’ll leave that eviction... notice on your door. I turned in my keys when I moved out and something that was left in my apartment was found at a crime scene, when only staff had access to my apartment. Clearly something sketchy is going on there. Roaches I've seen aren't quite as bad as the reviews I've seen (probably because I keep it spotless). But they're still a big problem. I've complained but pest control never comes. AC stays broken.

THEY HAVE VERY BAD ROACHES EVERYWHERE IN THERE APARTMENTS. NEIGHBORS ARE VERY DIRTY AS WELL AND WITH DIRTY NEIGHBORS YOUR APARTMENT WILL STAY WITH HAVING BUGS AS WELL. I WONT RECOMEND NOBODY MOVING HERE I JUST MOVED OUT AFTER BEING THERE IN A WEKK AND I MOVED RIGHT OUT. WORSE MISTAKE OF MY LIFE.

To be completely honest with you this is probably the worst house apartment I've lived in and the last 10 years
I have only lived in three other locations ROACHES living in the wall living in the sinks living in the bathtub they live in your bed there are neighbors who are dirty and are not penalized with being dirty
the roaches will come upstairs and or travel to any apartment
no matter how much they spray the spray does not kill them it gets worse
the roaches will come out after they... spray
I have been in constant communication!!!!!! with the office and they have basically said there is nothing they can do but spray more ROACHES are living in the walls and in other apartments
you will be living your worst nightmare if you lived here
do not stay at Cross Creek Apartments I have been sleeping many of times with roaches crawling on my body
I am Consulting with a lawyer because this is so hazardous to my health you will not be able to cook in these apartments
you will not be able to bring food in this apartment they smelled it and will start coming around there are frozen roaches because the appliances are so old and many cracks in the frog and stove.
when the apartment does spray your apartment will be left smelling like roach spray meaning your clothes and everything else that you leave out with will smell like roach spray
you would not live your life seeing roaches in every room it does not matter how clean you are what you bring in your apartment I don't believe in leaving anything out roaches will be out and coming out this is unfortunate situation Lee mas

I've lived here for 2 years now. Overall it's been just ok. The rent is reasonable & affordable. The staff when I first moved here was very nice, sweet people who seemed to be willing to work with you on certain things. At some point shortly after moving here the property changed hands. I've had several issues since the new owners. They cut a hole in my wall to change the electrical panel but it took them over a year to come & patch the hole & it still isn't completely fixed because they never... finished painting & sanding it. My car was broken into twice. They put in gates that rarely work. It takes maintenence forever to come & fix anything like I said the hole isn't completely fixed & almost 2 months to fix my sinks. I'm currently looking into other options. Lee mas
