Heron's Landing

Lived here for about 3 years. Nice place good neighbors. Good tenants like myself still treated same as bad. A/C breaks 5 days to get fixed Middle of summer. Garbage disposal breaks they tell me owner wont pay for it I have to. I have a company look at it its jammed because its a older unit that needs to be replace and a screw on the inside is worn that causes it to jam. They check A/C yearly tried to blame me for not changing the filter enough for a coil looking like it needs to be replace. (I... change filter every 30-40 days coil never been replace A/C works fine 6 months after check up hmm weird) I'm being job relocated to a different state I have 2 months on my lease 0 willingness to help out or let me break my lease without charging me. They sent me a notice on rent increase that I signed off on saying that was me also signing off on lease renew for a year even with the renew not having a signature. (Only signature they can proved is one from 2017 when I moved here) My job relocates my family and I about every 3 to 4 years. I've had to break my last 2 leases before this one and the rental company's have never not been understanding or willing to work with me or even just let me out of the lease with proof of relocation. I changed my phone # about a year ago to Florida #. Still can't get them to switch it in the gate for people to call me. I try to get rental company in on it to call home owner association they can't get in touch with them and its kind like while we tried sorry. So for about a year I have to drive to gate to let friends or family or food delivers in. Lee mas
