The staff is very professional while also being friendly. They are very quick to respond to issues and to provide solutions. There is always great communication with the residents. They go above and beyond to take care of their residents as well as hosting community events to bring people together.

River House is a fantastic place to live! Located right on the River, so you have an amazing view everyday of the water and Downtown Jacksonville. The building's community is very friendly and it's great that the building is pet friendly. Overall, River House is the perfect place to live!

This is the best apartment complex in Jacksonville to live! Located right on the River across from the Jaguars Stadium and Baystreet.

The facility is nice, the staff is amazing, and we are right in San Marco with plenty of things to do.

There have been upgrades happening that continually improve the aesthetics as well.

I absolutely love my home at the River House. I am extremely proud to live there. It is beautiful on the inside and out. The recent improvements to the amenities outside are just icing on the cake. What a beautiful place.
