Vista Landing Apartments

I haven't had an interaction with any type of landlord/ manager like I've had with miss lanora and her team. I'm very happy with the way they treated me. Keeping me updated. Helping me any Wich way they could. This is my very first apartment and I couldn't be more happy to be a part of these apartments. So many resources and programs and help I have received all in a timely manner. Never once did they get frustrated with how many times I would call. How many steps I had to do. They are... amazing!!!! Highly recommend for your family and loved ones?? Lee mas

Lived there in 2003 and that place wasn’t fit for a roach to live in although they had a lot of flying ones. The people who lived there during my time wasn’t about nothing and did nothing to rise above to better themselves. Too much drinking, doing and selling drugs. Too much arguing and fighting. Too much humping around. Blasting music morning, noon and night instead of going to school, college or finding a legal job to help themselves graduate from the hood. The lady manager of that place knew... all that was going on and she allowed it to go on. The police was scared to come into Cleveland Arms, and honestly I didn’t blame them being that the place was a zoo, packed with wild human beings with no life, no goals, no inspiration. Parents not uplifting their children, but instead allow bad cycles to repeat itself. You got generation after generation living there. The mother, daughter, and grandmother. It’s just sad! I’m surprised the city did not deem the place inhabitable and ordered it to be demolished. I would not move back to Cleveland Arms Apartment/Vista if someone offered me a million dollars to do so.
