Poor experience
My experience at The Allure at Abacoa has been extremely disappointing and detrimental to both my health and peace of mind. Shortly after moving in, my dishwasher was not working. When they attempted to fix it, they flooded my apartment in the process. I had to beg management to test for mold afterward, despite the clear risk to my health and safety.
What followed was even worse. I experienced four separate power outages to my refrigerator, which caused me to throw away hundreds of dollars... worth of food and critical medications. For over three months, they failed to provide a working refrigerator—even though this is a basic necessity for any home.
Despite these severe, unresolved issues, I was denied a fair release from my lease. Instead, they informed me that I would be charged nearly $5,000 to leave, with no consideration for the extreme inconvenience and stress I’ve endured. Their response has been cold, dismissive, and frankly, unprofessional.
I do not recommend this property to anyone. The lack of responsiveness, accountability, and compassion from management has made this one of the worst housing experiences I’ve ever had.
