There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the first floor, and a further 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms on the second floor. An open loft area provides additional seating for enjoying movies or games with the family. The large upstairs master includes a double vanity and a huge shower.
The property includes a solar pool spa heating control system for efficiency. The kitchen is equipped with granite countertops and a breakfast bar, making it convenient for dining. The living area features a custom wood-wall with under lighting, and the lanai provides a shaded area for dining and relaxing. Arcade games and a pool table in the garage guarantee extra fun for all.
There is a fee of $40 per day for pool heating with a 2-day minimum, and it is recommended to inform us at least 48 hours prior to check-in. The house has a driveway that can accommodate up to 3 cars, with overflow parking about 250 feet down the street. No street parking is allowed, and the garage is not available for parking. A small 18-inch charcoal grill is provided at no cost upon request, but it must be requested prior to or on the day of arrival before 5 pm. If you need to outsource a propane gas grill or other gear, please contact us for arrangements at an extra cost. Pets are welcome with a pet fee of $150 per pet, and only small dogs under 40 pounds are allowed. Any damages or extra cleaning needed will be charged.
