Parking can accommodate up to two vehicles in the driveway. A pet fee of up to $150 security deposit is applied for one house-trained dog, with prior written notification and host approval required.

Reunion Resort is a fun-filled luxury gated community. Please drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. Fireworks, firearms, and commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. Report damages immediately. Guests are required to pay a $20 per night non-refundable damage waiver (capped at $100) for reservations of 2 nights or more, or a $500 refundable security deposit for 1-night reservations. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home; initial supplies are provided, but not refilled during your stay. Please note that in sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural occurrence, and the property is professionally sprayed for pests. The home is not baby-proofed. No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure.
