The home is not baby-proofed. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. Up to two cars may park side-by-side in the driveway; parking on the grass or alongside streets is prohibited. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, and RVs are strictly prohibited. Please wipe shoes at the door and remove shoes indoors when possible. Be considerate of neighbors and keep excessive noise to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. After rain, small bugs may wash off the screen into the pool, and the pool may appear slightly discolored. Fireworks and firearms are not allowed on the property. Guests must take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Damages must be reported immediately.
