Florida law prohibits leaving open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, so all food items will be removed after check-out. Excessive cleaning required will incur a charge of $100.00. Housekeeping services are not included in the rental rate, but mid-stay cleaning can be requested for an additional fee.
