I like how quick maintenance is in fixing the issues i had in my home and i like that it is quiet however some noise every now and again is okay. I liked that people were playing soccer it made the community feel alive when people are having wholesome fun. I wish the fire pit worked i was really disappointed when it wasn’t working.

Very pleasantly surprised with the staff and their accomodations. Plus, unit layout is very nice. Complaints are smoking, lack of cameras in parking lot, theft rates, the gates and people following cars in, the lack of response from community trooper (called once and never heard back even months after leaving voicemail), and parking. The parking situation is awful, and we find ourselves parking across the complex and walking 5-10 minutes to our apartment. We should have assigned parking or... parking passes for our cars to determine who lives there and who is a visitor.

Regarding your concerns about smoking,... security, and parking: Safety & Security: We completely understand your concerns surrounding theft, gates, cameras, and unauthorized vehicles. Creating a safe environment is a top priority. We're currently reviewing improvements—including exploring additional functional cameras and more consistent gate functionality.

Parking: We hear you on the frustration around parking—walking several minutes to your car isn’t acceptable. We are evaluating options like assigned/reserved parking, digital guest permits, and improved enforcement protocols. Your detailed input is invaluable and helps us shape the next steps. We’re committed to developing a timeline for each of these initiatives and will update you and the community soon.

I enjoy living here. Most everyone is very friendly and the staff do try to coordinate events. However, I wish the exterior and corridors of the buildings had better upkeep including pest control which you pay for. In addition, the walls are paper thin and you can hear anyone especially if they blast music. Not the most ideal place to live if you work from home. Somewhat pricey too if you live on a budget. Otherwise, it’s a nice community!

So far my experience living at Ezelle has been incredible, the staff go above and beyond to make you feel at home and a valued resident. I've lived in a couple different communities in the area and Ezelle is by far the best! The way they foster a community amongst the residents is amazing, there's always something to look forward to. I recommend it to all my friends!
