Ezelle Apartments

Very pleasantly surprised with the staff and their accomodations. Plus, unit layout is very nice. Complaints are smoking, lack of cameras in parking lot, theft rates, the gates and people following cars in, the lack of response from community trooper (called once and never heard back even months after leaving voicemail), and parking. The parking situation is awful, and we find ourselves parking across the complex and walking 5-10 minutes to our apartment. I love how attentive and thorough our leasing agent Yvonne was. The move in process was fast and smooth. Everyone was really nice and friendly.

I enjoy living here. Most everyone is very friendly and the staff do try to coordinate events. However, I wish the exterior and corridors of the buildings had better upkeep including pest control which you pay for. In addition, the walls are paper thin and you can hear anyone especially if they blast music. Not the most ideal place to live if you work from home. Somewhat pricey too if you live on a budget. Otherwise, it’s a nice community!

So far my experience living at Ezelle has been incredible, the staff go above and beyond to make you feel at home and a valued resident. I've lived in a couple different communities in the area and Ezelle is by far the best! The way they foster a community amongst the residents is amazing, there's always something to look forward to. I recommend it to all my friends!

Ezelle is such a beautiful complex! The amenities are wonderful and everything is so clean. The staff is also just wonderful! They’re so friendly and prompt and it has made the application and moving process so simple and easy! We appreciate them so much!
