Community events could be more frequent and inclusive. Activity hours are usually during normal work hours 9- 5. There would be better turnouts if they were later in the day and on weekends.
Breezeway cleanings could be more frequent.
Amenity upgrades would always be appreciated.

Great staff and fun events that are frequent and enjoyable every month! A special shout-out to the maintenance team too. We have enjoyed living at this complex so far and it's in a good location for what we need

Ezelle has the most amazing Property Managers!! I have lived here for two years, and am beyond grateful for the management team. The apartment itself is beautiful, well maintained and modern. The pool has all my relatives and friends (that don't live here) envious. I was able to meet such amazing people, quickly, after moving in! The community events that the team here host are always top notch. And when I had an issue with a missing package, they quickly took measures beyond what should have... been expected to help locate it. I love living here ??

Very happy with our time here, the staff is super friendly and accommodating, the clubhouse and gym are very well maintained and pretty, the events are fun (that we have been able to attend), and the tenants have been pleasant around us.
The only downsides we can think of are very minor. There are a select few tenants that continue to smoke marijuana that causes an unpleasant odor within our unit when door and windows are open, the community trooper is very nice, but nearly impossible to get... ahold of afterhours & not sure if any follow through comes from contacting him, and some of the walkways in the buildings get very dirty quickly. It's important to note the community does clean and maintain paint in these areas, but an increased interval may be beneficial. Again, the downsides are extremely minor and I cannot say anything other than positive about living here. The staff team ROCKS!

I love this place; everything runs smoothly and is well-organized. The staff are always available to help—I’d like to thank Ivonne, who handled the entire rental paperwork process, and Rosé from maintenance, who is always polite and helpful.
The complex features a wonderful outdoor area with a walking trail and a pool, not to mention a gym and other facilities that are in perfect working order.
We’ve been here for nine months and are very happy
