Overall I have enjoyed my time at The terraces at Lake Mary as far as I'm concerned they have responded very quickly to any problems that have arisen and they've all been very polite and accommodating.

I would love to say rent here! For an older community, they offer great convenience to the local Lake Mary shops and grocery stores within walking distance and the set up of the units aren’t so shabby. But there’s one major problem here and as a Floridian, I’ve never seen anywhere else - Palmetto Bugs! Upon moving in to my first unit, there was a dead one in my living room. I quickly learned that was not the end. After being here for 3 plus years and two units later, my daughter and I have had... our fair share of encounters with these beastly bugs. Unfortunately, with how the economy is, moving seems more and more unattainable these days, so we’re kinda stuck dealing with this and paying top dollar for 26 year old apartment with out some outdated features and a serious bug problem!

Palmetto bugs are unfortunately a common occurrence in Florida’s humid climate, but we understand how unsettling they can be. Please know that we take pest control seriously and have regular treatments in place to help mitigate these issues. If you are still experiencing problems, we encourage you to contact the leasing office so we can arrange for additional pest control services to better address the situation.

Maintenance is reliable and quick to repair any issues and/or replacement and staff are responsive. It’s prime location surrounded by everything and it’s fairly clean, it checks off all the important factors for me

Our experience moving from South Florida to The Terraces has been an absolute pleasure. Both management, especially Karen, and maintenance go above and beyond to ensure that everything we have concerns about are addressed. Doggy park is nice and ample parking.
