This is a great community to live in. The neighbors are very friendly. It's very quiet and peaceful here. You can have your own private campfires. There's a shared laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers. The neighborhood is very safe and comfortable. All ages are welcome. You're allowed to have big dogs, cats, and chickens! There's even a serene pasture where you'll see and here the cows regularly. Management is awesome. They are very flexible and efficient when problems arise. The rent is... affordable. Most units include water, trash, and electric. It's out in the country but very close to all major grocery stores and restaurants. Bok Tower Gardens and Lego Land are just a few miles away.
